one day your in disneyland for your birthday and a few days later you find out one of your old friends has killed himself . Its true you cant have peeks without valleys, i just wish the valleys weren't soooooo deep. my heart goes out to his wife and child he left behind. as always we are still here fighting through the good and the bad . I just hope this reminder of lifes ups and downs sticks with me for awhile and keeps me from taking things for granted. i have" alone together" tattooed on my arm because no matter how alone hurt or abandoned you feel there are lots of people everywhere feeling the same way and in that respect you are never alone, because we can all relate. life is amazing, dont forget it, the good and the bad. |

b-day disney trip comming up!!! should be good times. Im now in one of my sell all my stuff and see the world moods. I cant stop watching fucked up horror movies its almost an obsession. I was contacted by a very old ex GF the other day it was actually nice, sometimes you wonder if people ever cared at all and one day they say hi, sometimes thats all you need.Life is good, i try not to forget, times are hard for alot of people but im still on top. hope all my friends can say the same!

thursday was GWAR,Terror, Toxic Holocaust fucking amazing and last week I went to the Phenomenauts, Tabaltix show and that fucking ruled! Music is my life Im glad im not held down by stupid shit and can still enjoy life. Alcatraz had an awesome time in puerto rico and i hope for more trips like that in the future. Soon all my friends will be on tour and ill have an empty house but be ready kids because christmas is comming so that means party time!! hope all is well with everybody! |

3. got to see my friend max who i havent seen in forever good times.

what a fucking awesome time! its crazy how much fun you can have in one weekend!
1.had to rent a car to get to portland because the van tires were bald and first blood decided not to play.
2.klye drove the entire way like a fucking sav!
3.we get added last minute to the COA, Death before Dishonor, fight like hell, black my heart show, we played second and fucking tore it up!
4.me and anferny then walked down the street to another club to meet up with the COA dude and watch a band called bad brains! (you may have heard of them) it fucking killed and completed a life long dream.
5.we catch scobra picking a nose and make fun of him through the whole trip saying that he was eating buggers fucking gross!
6.next day we play rain fest and hung out all day with friends from all over cali,seattle,portland,and canada. awesome time and our set fucking ruled! kids got violent, and called us out to play one more song (the song being the integrity cover ha ha)
7. the traz gets big bux and sells almost all our merch. we also got to visit that fucker kellen which was cool because we havent seen him in forever.
9.stopped in vacaville on the way home and went swimming and made fun of scobras back wings.
8.tons of junk food including a $1 chinese food place no joke everything was a fucking dollar. (it was worth the sickness)
now were home and playing with gun smoke and life long tradedy on the first life rules! |

1. show at the gilman with set your goals fucking ruled, there was a fight durring our set ha ha! it felt good as hell to get on stage with friends
2. show at the phoenix with first blood and animosity fucking awesome!!! tons of fun with family alot of my friends came out and some amazing girls gave me cookies and root beer for my birthday
3.seeing life time with syg tonight fucking great got in free as always brought the mosh and sang along then got burritos. matt got the crowd to wish me a happy b-day
4.this tues im having a big party for kyle and me! its B-day time again and im turning 27 ha ha can you believe it! everyone invited spread the word
5.at the beginging of summer i will own the knife shop and be an official grown up!its a big step but im ready! the fucking place pulls in about 35 to 40 grand a month fucking crazy

ok so tiger army AFI this sat ha ha Ive gone from ignoring them at gilman durring shows when i was 17 to paying mad money to see them in big ass venues fucking crazy. yup so hopefully Alcatraz CDC Death Threat tour in december that will be cool. also recording for 2 yes 2 seven inches and I might be buying a business soon and become an adult without giving up what i love, it rules! so ya im on no sleep because we got back from the lancaster show at 8 am and i had to go straight to work! heres the goods
1. fucking awesome show in lancaster Hoods First blood Alcatraz
2.saw a fight before we played it was a good one on one
3.our set was awesome and i havent had that much fun in a long time good group vocals and just an all around fun vibe even mike hood was cool as fuck
4. first blood set is going strong when some nazi shit heads come in and start getting worked by the hardcore kids like the good old days soooo much fun
5.show gets shut down when the nazis are about to die and the cops pour in wearing bullet proof vests and guns out it was great
6. the ride home while entertaining was long but we always made the best of it and we made enough to feast on in and out burger
7.tomorrow we say good bye to carter before he leaves for iraq

oh man seriously this puerto rico trip is awesome! its the most relaxing thing ever, and it couldnt have come at a better time cause all my friends are gone on tour or just working and shit. so ya the beaches rule, having no responsibility rules, the food rules, the views, the weather, everyfucking thing! im posting this from my cousins house I met 6 new cousins and 4 aunts and uncles I have never know they are all cool and everybody here speaks perfect english. they also use american money! umm thats it for now cause were about to eat. so take care and ill bring all you kids back something cool! |

so everything the hardcore scene is lacking I have found in Psychobilly! no im not fucking kidding. the hardcore scene I used to know is dead I sing for alcatraz because its fun and i still have alot of love for the kids. the other night I felt at home and comfortable around a bumch of people I dont really know but were very friendly it reminded me of the first hardcore show i went to. i dont mind being the new kid I like the music. Im fucking tired as hell. no this isnt the end of justin execution its just something new and it makes me happy. I cant wait to be made fun of even more for this. hardcore pride+straight edge+ go go psycho!= Xjustin fuckin alcatrazX

so J-Unit took me to live 105 BFD and I got to see yellow card,the ya ya yas,the strokes,Him and a bunch of other bands i would have never paid to see. I had an awesome time and manny,clay,conner lights out, jessica,amanda, mike the scoundral, and a bunch of other kids were there it was good times! Jeana rules! so ya ummmm add my fucking my space group now! and tell the world big is the new little!!! im not kidding im trying to get people laid off this more to love lovers thing! |
